Alcohol and drugs are absolutely forbidden while using the vehicle.
A helmet on the bicycle or scooter is recommended but not compulsory.
Maximum one person per vehicle.
Use the bicycle paths as much as possible.
Pay attention to pedestrians and other road users.
Do not drive in the wrong direction.
User – Any natural person, aged 18 years or older, who adheres to these Terms and Conditions
Lock the bicycle properly after use.
Park properly with respect to pedestrians and other road users.
Use the vehicles as you would your own.
Recommend MOBISMART® to your friends via the “Get a free ride” button in the app and receive bonus credit.
Security Deposit – Amount made available to EVCE, by the Occasional User, in the amount of €300.00 (three hundred euros), as a guarantee of compliance with these Terms and Conditions.

Data – Data that is made available by the User to EVCE during and/or after the User Registration and collected by EVCE during the use of the service, which includes Access Data, Personal Data and Usage Data.
Access Data – Data that allows access to your Account.
Personal Data – Data that fall within the definition given by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Law No. 58/2019 of 8 August, including “Access Data” and the “Usage Data” defined herein.
Usage Data – Data about trips made.
Dock – Infrastructure for bike parking, which allows, inter alia, the transmission of data.
